(A).The environment in which it is used should be kept dry at all times.Keep the motor surface clean. The air inlet should not be obstructed by dust, fibers, etc.
(B).When the motor's thermal protection and short-circuit protection devices activate continuously,The cause of the fault should be determined whether it originates from the motor, an overload, or an excessively low setting on the protection device. It can only be put into operation after the fault is eliminated.
(C).Good lubrication should be ensured during the operation of the motor.Generally, the grease in a motor should be replenished or replaced after approximately 5000 hours of operation.(Sealed C bearings do not require grease replacement during their service life). The grease should be replaced promptly if it overheats during operation or if the grease deteriorates.
(D).When the bearing reaches the end of its life,The vibration and noise of the motor will increase significantly during operation. When the radial clearance of a bearing reaches a critical value, the bearing should be replaced.
