1.1) Routine inspection: Regularly check the tightness of the fastening screws at the gearbox and base. If any looseness is found, stop the machine immediately and tighten them.

1.2) Regularly change the gear oil: Frequently check the lubrication of the gearbox. Change the gear oil regularly. The oil change procedure and requirements are as follows:
a) First, place an oil collection tank under the gearbox.Loosen the vent cover on top of the gearbox and the T-shaped oil temperature sensor at the bottom to allow the oil to flow out naturally. At the same time, turn the large pulley by hand to let the old oil flow out as much as possible.
b) Cleaning: Plug the bottom oil outlet with a plug, and add an appropriate amount of transmission cleaner through the top vent using a plastic funnel. At the same time, rotate the large pulley by hand for 3 minutes. After the cleaning agent is released, use a high-pressure air gun to blow air into the top vent for 5 minutes. At the same time, manually turn the large pulley to blow away any remaining old oil and iron filings inside. Then blow away any remaining iron filings from the bottom oil outlet. And tighten the T-type oil temperature probe with PTFE tape.
c) Add oil: Use a plastic funnel to add an appropriate amount of clean special gear oil from the top, and tighten the vent cap.

1.3) Waste oil disposal: Used oil after replacement must not be discharged arbitrarily. It must be collected by a professional waste oil disposal company to avoid environmental pollution.
