Belts that are old or deformed must be replaced immediately.The specific steps are as follows:
1.Open the flywheel protective cover.
2.Remove the coupling between the two pulleys.
3.To keep the motor parallel, simultaneously turn the two support nuts on the motor base plate.Raise the motor base plate by approximately 60mm.At this point, the V-belt had completely come loose.Remove the V-belt
4.Replace it with a new V-belt.
5.To keep the motor parallel, simultaneously twist the two support nuts on the motor base plate to tighten the V-belt.When a pressure of 10 kgf is applied to the V-belt,The deformation distance of the belt along the direction of the force shall not exceed 20mm.Make sure the positions of the arms and blades on both agitator shafts match those in the instruction manual!
6.Make sure the positions of the arms and blades on both agitator shafts match those in the instruction manual!Otherwise, the arms on the two axes will touch each other.
7.Install the coupling and flywheel protective cover.
PS:Before installing the coupling, ensure that the positions of the arms and blades on both agitator shafts are consistent with those in the instruction manual.Otherwise, it will break more than two mixing arms and blades, or even all of them!
